CRM Solution Engineer
About The Position
As a CRM solution engineer, you lead quality technology solutions across all tech teams, platforms and products that are related to the CRM platform, based on Salesforce.
You have the overall overview to make sure solutions are whole, support the general ecosystem of all technologies, internal and external pipelines and integrations. You are the glue between all platforms, products and solutions, making sure data flows with integrity and efficiency.
You lead product managers, Salesforce developers and implementors, Salesforce Admins, System analysts and all relevant capabilities needed to deliver a whole product that brings value to sales and operation stakeholders within the global organization.

- Participate in agile ceremonies according to the task at hand, supporting software and data engineering to achieve high-quality, scalable and well-performing outcomes.
- Fluent English
- 3+ years extensive, varied, senior-level Salesforce technical experience across multiple Salesforce implementations (heavy focus on Sales cloud)
- 2+ years as team leader or other leadership positions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Integration /data migration troubleshooting experience
