About The Position
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for strategic clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.
Join us in our Ramat Hahayal office to work with global clients in many international markets!
What’s the Job?
· Build and maintain strong, trusted long-lasting relationships with clients
· Ensure regular two-way communication between the clients and the company, representing each side’s goals and interests
· Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives
· Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets
· Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities
· Work closely with the internal teams to ensure campaign targets are met
· Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects

· At least 2 years of Client/Account Management experience in the online/mobile industry
· Experience working with B2B international clients
· Fluent in English (verbal and written)
· Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· B.A. in Business Management/Communications or any other related field
