Sheila joined Webpals Group in 2016. She has over fifteen years of experience in digital and knows how to build growth & go-to-market strategies.

Sheila is passionate about innovation and continuously incorporates it into Webpals Group’s DNA.

Previously, Sheila served as Webpals Group’s CBO, managing the company’s Media, Sports, and Gaming business units. Before that, Sheila was the CEO of Webpals Mobile, formerly known as DAU-UP-Clicksmob – two of the companies successfully acquired by Webpals Group.

In the past, Sheila also had her own e-Commerce startup. Prior to that, she held several c-suite roles at a wide variety of companies, including Matomy Media Group. At Matomy, Sheila was the SVP in charge of the company’s global advertising efforts, business development, and client relations. Moreover, Sheila spent several years with 888 Holdings, where she was one of the key players in establishing 888’s affiliate program.

She has a B.A. in Business & Managerial Economics from Ruppin Academic Center.



Liat has over twenty years of experience from a variety of publicly traded companies where she held numerous senior-level positions, establishing and advancing finance teams and implementing various financial procedures.

Liat plays a key role in managing Webpals® Group’s finances. She has been with the company since its inception and is responsible for laying out its financial foundation, building a strong team and work processes.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University and an M.A. in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. In addition, she is a licensed CPA.



Nir Shem-Tov has over twenty years of experience as COO. He has held several senior-level roles, overseeing the work of large R&D and Product teams, and managing clients and off-shore development centers.

As Chief Operating Officer at Webpals® Group, Nir supervises Technology, Product, Operations, Business Intelligence, and Marketing.

Before joining Webpals® Group, Nir spent several years as COO of Leverate and Websplanet. Most recently, Nir served as VP Delivery at Amdocs where he led the transformation of print publishing solutions into a suite of digital products and headed the implementation of an off-shore managed service operation.

He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.



Hila Manoach joined Webpals® Group as VP of Human Resources, bringing over twenty years of experience in HR management. Hila is the driving force behind Webpals® Group’s employee development, empowerment, and retention. She is responsible for the creation and maintenance of an inspiring and engaging work environment in which people can thrive.

In the past, Hila has successfully built global HR units, developed and implemented HR strategies while leading and managing M&As and organizational changes in various companies, including AppsFlyer, Amdocs, and Avaya.

She has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University and an M.A. in Organizational Sociology from Tel Aviv University.



As Senior Vice President, Itay oversees Webpals Group’s New Business Unit, which includes Webpals Finance and Webpals Tech, and leads all the company’s BizDev activities and M&As. Itay’s extensive experience of over twenty years in marketing management, as well as business development, enables him to successfully supervise multiple teams committed to growing a wide array of leading personal finance and top tech product review websites.

Itay came to Webpals Group from, where he served as CEO, boosting the company’s revenues and expanding its presence in new markets and verticals. Before that, he held several c-suite positions at different companies, including Mintigo, where he was VP Marketing and Mobile General Manager. Itay also co-founded two startups in the mobile sector, one of which was acquired in 2001.

He has a B.A. in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD.
